Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of professional experience in partnership management, alliance development, or strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
  • Bring deep expertise in international markets, defense technology, enterprise SaaS, or complex government sectors.
  • Have experience building partnership strategies from the ground up, including identifying priority markets and partners and securing initial partnerships.
  • Demonstrate a record of creating repeatable partnership approaches and scalable solutions for complex international GTM challenges.
  • Be able to analyze ambiguous operational challenges, evaluate complex alternatives, and design partnership frameworks.
  • Lead through expertise and influence across distributed International Growth, Sales, Product, Technical, and Finance teams.
  • Have a track record of metric-driven partnership models delivering verified commercial pipeline, technical capabilities, or customer delivery success.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with senior international military, government, enterprise, and coalition leaders.
  • Be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 50% to 75% of the time.
  • Have a valid passport or be able to obtain one promptly.
  • Be willing and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.
  • Preferred: experience with defense technology ecosystems, military planning workflows, or international allied frameworks such as NATO or FVEY.
  • Preferred: experience building international channel, technical integration, or co-selling partner models, and managing international business development across Europe, Asia-Pacific, or the Middle East.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of priority international partnerships across assigned regions, aligning with International Growth and regional Sales leadership on opportunity and revenue targets.
  • Identify, activate, and integrate partner commercial, technical, and delivery capabilities into live customer opportunities and deployment workflows.
  • Validate partner contributions with Sales and technical owners.
  • Design and implement standardized partnership frameworks and operational processes across multiple customer accounts.
  • Analyze partner performance and market friction to inform scaling and market-coverage decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and Finance at six- and 12-month review milestones to build business cases.
  • Establish partnership execution plans aligned with regional Sales pipeline targets.
  • Codify repeatable partner engagement models and workflows across customer opportunities.
