Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience building new corporate partnerships.
- Experience liaising with Senior Directors and/or Executive Leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or delivering persuasive presentations.
- Demonstrated experience managing partnerships, preferably in the private sector.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to the organization's vision and mission.
Responsibilities
- Identify strategic employer engagement opportunities aligned with candidate skill profiles.
- Lead outreach and cultivate high-priority employer partners.
- Manage and deepen relationships with Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) partners.
- Maintain a moves management system for partnership lifecycle tracking and data management.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage stakeholder relationships and analyze performance metrics.
- Develop project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Represent the organization at external events, panels, and workshops.
