Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Have previous experience in healthcare; experience with managed care organizations or health plans is strongly preferred.
  • Bring experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare; this is preferred.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple client relationships and concurrent initiatives with different stakeholders and priorities.
  • Have project-management capabilities, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams against demanding timelines.
  • Understand the U.S. healthcare landscape, particularly payer and provider organizations.
  • Build trusted relationships and navigate complex organizations with multiple decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills, including developing, interpreting, and communicating program KPIs and performance insights.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that support operational excellence and client value.
  • Create polished client-facing reports, agendas, and presentations, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Organize work carefully and manage competing priorities independently.
  • Travel for client meetings at least quarterly; reliable transportation and convenient airport access are expected.

Responsibilities

  • Manage health plan partnerships from implementation through ongoing program delivery.
  • Serve as the day-to-day intermediary between health plan partners and internal teams.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and track agreed KPIs, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Build relationships with health plan stakeholders and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Partner with patient acquisition and marketing teams on payer penetration and growth strategies.
  • Support health plan retention, renewals, and expansion into additional markets, states, and lines of business.
  • Monitor contract adherence, utilization, financial performance, and other partnership metrics.
  • Develop client meeting agendas, reports, analytics, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement and value delivery.
  • Support contracting conversations with expertise on program delivery strategy, panel growth, and operational customization.
