Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in mental health working with Managed Care Organizations.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver against project timelines using project management tools and processes.
- Ability to build working relationships and navigate roles and responsibilities within complex organizations.
- Experience owning and managing multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse client base.
- Analytical ability to generate program KPIs and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly payer- and provider-focused areas.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery.
- Represent partner interests and needs to internal stakeholders, including product, operations, member support, and clinical care teams.
- Coordinate day-to-day program delivery with internal stakeholders to meet program KPIs.
- Partner with Patient Acquisition and Marketing teams to execute payor penetration and growth strategies.
- Manage health plan satisfaction, renewals, expansion opportunities, contract adherence, contract P&L, and contract utilization.
- Prepare and deliver client meeting agendas and actionable report content.
- Execute implementation and account management strategies to achieve program milestones and support program success.
