Requirements
- Hold a BS/BA degree in health sciences.
- Have 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development.
- Have 5 years of experience directly managing and/or leading cross-functional drug development teams.
- Have drug development knowledge and frequent exposure to functions including Research, Pre-Clinical, Clinical, Manufacturing and Operations, Commercial, Regulatory, Safety, and Payer.
- Understand Good Manufacturing Practices and Product Development Process requirements.
- Have experience using MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
- Have project planning and execution experience, project management skills, and proficiency with project management tools and analytics.
- Know applicable quality and regulatory standards requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.
- PMP certification is a plus, including certification in progress.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supporting PH-ILD studies to meet timelines, budget, and agreed quality standards.
- Generate high-quality, integrated project plans.
- Resolve issues and risks with team members and program stakeholders, escalating when appropriate.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team representatives, Pulmovant program management team members, and external partners.
- Help establish and integrate program management tools, processes, initiatives, and documentation.
- Track and report program plans, execution, monitoring metrics, and deliverables.
- Manage meeting and communication records, including agendas, minutes, charters, dashboards, and reports.
