3+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a learning and development or educational setting.
Experience independently owning complex or multi-stakeholder projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead external meetings, build trust with senior stakeholders, and represent an organization professionally.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
Strong process orientation with a track record of identifying opportunities to optimize workflows.
Highly attentive to detail to ensure consistency and quality in execution.
Comfortable with data, evaluation, and turning program data into insight.
Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, HubSpot, Asana, and Airtable.
Commitment to the mission and values of the Constructive Dialogue Institute.

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Live Programs engagements, focusing on complex, multi-session, multi-stakeholder work.
Lead partner-facing meetings such as kickoffs, check-ins, and debriefs to build trust with key stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison between educators and partners to ensure alignment with program standards.
Lead continuous improvement of delivery systems and evaluation processes across HubSpot, Asana, and Airtable.
Partner with the Research team to evolve program evaluation and turn program data into actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams including Implementation, Partnerships, and Education to ensure successful cross-functional delivery.
