Requirements
- Have 7+ years of recruiting experience.
- Be able to quickly step into a search or recruiting workflow with minimal ramp-up or oversight.
- Be comfortable sourcing candidates, talking with hiring managers, engaging candidates, and handling recruiting process details.
- Have strong sourcing skills and an interest in uncovering hard-to-find talent.
- Be comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Take a thoughtful, data-informed approach to recruiting and maintain accuracy and follow-through.
- Care about candidate experience and communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical and non-technical recruiting experience is a plus.
- Consumer technology experience is a plus.
- Early- or mid-stage startup experience is a plus.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical searches.
- Identify and engage high-caliber talent and nurture candidates through the recruiting process.
- Support interview scheduling and coordination.
- Conduct recruiter screens or other candidate conversations as needed.
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams on searches, candidate pipelines, and recruiting priorities.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Maintain data hygiene in the ATS and recruiting tools.
- Contribute to recruiting projects, research, and process improvements.
