Requirements
- Have at least five years of talent acquisition experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of investment research talent.
- Bring experience recruiting PhD-level AI/ML researchers and Data Science talent (preferred).
- Demonstrate client management skills and the ability to build customized, consultative stakeholder relationships.
- Show a track record of contributing at the team level through mentorship, process improvement, and institutional knowledge.
- Be eager to work with diverse, highly talented teams.
- A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Research and Data Science leadership to support hiring and growth efforts.
- Help meet hiring goals in a sustainable and diligent manner.
- Source pipelines of PhD-level quantitative research talent.
- Manage the offer process and develop effective closing strategies.
- Own the candidate experience from sourcing through the hiring process.
- Maintain and improve recruiting processes to support quality of hire.
- Develop and share insights about talent markets and recruiting practices.
- Lead projects to improve recruiting efforts.
