4-5+ years of talent acquisition experience

Requirements

  • Have 4-5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise sourcing top technical talent.
  • Experience with PhD, scientist, or research talent is highly preferred.
  • Show a track record of team-level contributions, including to recruiting processes, institutional knowledge, and recruiting content.
  • A bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source a pipeline of technical talent across multiple searches, initially focused on Research roles.
  • Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to develop sourcing and pitching strategies.
  • Institutionalize talent strategies and outreach content to improve sourcing across the team.
  • Lead sourcing and talent strategy initiatives, including search launches, talent market evaluations, and search recalibrations.
  • Run referral pushes and systematic sourcing drives, and pilot new approaches to finding and attracting talent.
  • Own the candidate experience, including for candidates who do not join the company.
  • Maintain and improve the recruiting process to support efficient, diligent hiring.
