7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Requirements

  • Bring 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across software engineering, design, product, IT, security, and leadership roles.
  • Have experience hiring within growing SaaS companies with a high bar for technical talent.
  • Have experience with challenging engineering and product management searches.
  • Have experience coordinating scheduling and video interviews, and screening and evaluating technical candidates.
  • Be comfortable owning multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a candidate-centric process.
  • Have experience sourcing, evaluating, and hiring engineering talent.
  • Be familiar with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Have experience leading Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding initiatives in the tech community.
  • Use AI across recruiting workflows and build practical, reusable systems with sound judgment about quality, privacy, and candidate experience.
  • Have proven experience implementing creative sourcing strategies and maintaining talent pools of qualified candidates.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is preferred.
  • Extensive Ruby on Rails recruiting experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles from intake through close.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build structured interview plans.
  • Source candidates through industry groups, professional networks, and underrepresented talent communities.
  • Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' knowledge, experience, aptitude, and compensation alignment.
  • Deliver analytical, well-documented recruiting updates and reports to support pipeline and hiring decisions.
  • Build and improve AI-supported workflows for outreach, scheduling, screening, or reporting.
  • Manage online job postings and related social media content.
