Job Details

Bring 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Have proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels.
Demonstrate success sourcing, engaging, and closing talent across multiple countries and time zones.
Have deep sourcing expertise using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox, as well as creative outreach strategies.
Bring strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively.
Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a dynamic asynchronous environment.
Have experience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Preferred: Experience with Ashby or similar recruiting systems.
Preferred: Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
Preferred: Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company.

Partner with engineering and product hiring managers to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies.
Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to closing.
Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging candidates.
Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment.
Provide stakeholders with data-driven updates and insights on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance.
Drive candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement.
Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a remotely distributed team.
