Requirements
- Have 5–7 years of full-cycle sales recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Be able to manage multiple diverse requisitions concurrently.
- Have experience with Greenhouse ATS or a comparable system, including structured interview processes and reporting.
- Have hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Know U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring norms across the relevant functions.
- Be proficient with AI tools for recruiting workflows, including sourcing, screening, drafting outreach, and analyzing pipeline data, and know when to apply human judgment.
- Be able to influence hiring-manager decisions using data.
- Use data to drive recruiting decisions and organize competing searches effectively.
- Fast-paced, high-growth, or startup-environment experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles from individual contributor to senior management, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, and offer negotiation.
- Build talent maps and source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and tailored outreach strategies.
- Lead intake meetings to define candidate profiles and align hiring managers on search criteria.
- Maintain warm talent pipelines through ongoing outreach and relationship-building.
- Manage the candidate journey from first outreach through onboarding.
- Track time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, and source effectiveness, and use the data to adjust recruiting practices.
- Identify and fix friction in interview processes and workflows.
- Partner with People Operations and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Maintain and contribute to the QMS.
