Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of B2B sales or revenue experience.
- Have 3+ years designing, delivering, and measuring sales enablement programs, including onboarding, methodology rollout, continuous learning, and launch readiness.
- Quota-carrying experience is strongly preferred; at least 2 years in a quota-carrying or front-line sales management role is highly valued.
- Bring direct selling experience with SaaS, developer tools, or technical/API-led products as an advantage.
- Demonstrate understanding of the daily realities of AEs, SDRs, and front-line managers and translate that experience into enablement design.
- Be fluent in modern B2B sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or SPIN.
- Show a track record of building or scaling enablement functions in high-growth, PE-backed, or acquisition-active environments.
- Apply instructional design and adult-learning practices to drive behavior change.
- Define program KPIs, analyze dashboards, and use data to guide program decisions and targeted interventions.
- Have hands-on fluency with Salesforce, conversation-intelligence tools such as Gong or Chorus, sales-engagement tools such as Salesloft or Outreach, and enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Mindtickle.
- Be comfortable using AI-assisted coaching, content, and analytics tools.
- Bring strong project-management discipline and experience delivering on aggressive timelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate tiered onboarding for SDRs, BDRs, AEs, AMs, and Customer Success, with ramp milestones and certification gates.
- Benchmark ramp time to first deal and quota against historical cohorts and work to reduce both.
- Build recurring skill, product, and competitive training based on pipeline, win/loss, and conversation-intelligence data.
- Deploy, reinforce, and drive adoption of Apryse's sales methodology across the field.
- Develop and govern playbooks, battlecards, discovery guides, demo scripts, and competitive content with Product Marketing.
- Maintain a single source of truth for enablement assets and measure rep adoption.
- Own enablement workstreams for product, pricing, packaging, and tooling launches.
- Incorporate acquired technologies and acquired-company sellers into the global enablement plan.
- Measure programs with leading and lagging indicators tied to revenue outcomes; use sales and enablement platforms to diagnose performance gaps.
- Publish enablement dashboards and quarterly impact reviews for executive stakeholders, and manage external training and tooling vendors as needed.
