Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 4+ years in sales leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-team or multi-region sales organizations.
- Experience with specialized sales motions, such as Hunter and Builder.
- Strong business acumen and a record of sales success in complex software or technology environments.
- Strong deal strategy and negotiation skills, including pricing, ROI justification, and defending business cases with executives.
- Experience engaging C-suite and senior executive stakeholders to build consensus and close complex new-logo deals.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools, preferably Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
- Ability to communicate complex software value propositions by phone, in person, and through online demos.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Solutions Engineering to close new business.
- Must be located in the Eastern US time zone.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred: 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology field sales in a closing role focused on new-logo acquisition with national key accounts.
- Preferred: Experience managing sales cycles of 6+ months, including procurement, legal, and compliance processes.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage a regional team of Hunter and Builder Account Executives.
- Coach to Hunter and Builder sales motions, clarifying success metrics, daily activities, and expected outcomes.
- Conduct deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and forecast calls, focusing on data quality and execution.
- Support onboarding, ramp, and role transitions within the regional model.
- Own regional pipeline health, attainment, and forecast accuracy across prospecting and client growth motions.
- Ensure balanced coverage of Core accounts and operationalize the geographic Hunter/Builder model.
- Establish and maintain QBRs, forecast calls, and pipeline reviews.
- Set performance expectations tied to pipeline creation, quota attainment, and expansion revenue; address gaps through coaching and performance management.
- Partner with Marketing, Client Success, and Product, and serve as an escalation point for complex customer situations and strategic deals.
