Requirements
- Have 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 4+ years in sales leadership.
- Demonstrate success leading multi-team or multi-region sales organizations.
- Have experience with Hunter/Builder or equivalent specialized sales motions.
- Bring business acumen and a record of sales success in complex software or technology environments.
- Be able to present the value proposition of a complex software platform by phone, in person, and through online demos.
- Have deal strategy and negotiation experience, including pricing, ROI justification, and defending business cases with executives.
- Have experience engaging C-suite and senior executive stakeholders to build consensus and close complex new-logo deals.
- Have experience with CRM and sales tools, preferably Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
- Be able to monitor and manage team pipeline, activity, and conversion tracking.
- Have experience motivating teams, managing change, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- Be located in the Eastern US time zone.
- Preferred: a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience with 6+ month sales cycles, channel-influenced sales, sales model or compensation changes, and data-driven or AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage a regional team of Hunter and Builder Account Executives.
- Coach Hunters and Builders on role-specific success metrics, daily activities, and expected outcomes.
- Conduct deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and forecast calls focused on data quality and execution.
- Support onboarding, ramp, and role transitions within the regional model.
- Own regional pipeline health, attainment, and forecast accuracy across prospecting and client growth motions.
- Ensure balanced coverage of Core accounts and align regional capacity to role design.
- Establish and maintain an operating cadence of QBRs, forecast calls, and pipeline reviews.
- Set performance expectations tied to pipeline creation, quota attainment, and expansion revenue.
- Address performance gaps through coaching and performance management, and reinforce sales methodology and Salesforce hygiene.
- Partner with Marketing, Client Success, and Product, and serve as an escalation point for complex customer situations and strategic deals.
