Requirements
- Bring extensive event marketing experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or a closely related environment.
- Have a proven track record of owning events end to end.
- Have experience managing marketing budgets and making strategic resource-allocation decisions.
- Align field marketing initiatives with sales priorities, target accounts, and qualified pipeline objectives.
- Collaborate effectively across functions, particularly with Sales, while maintaining marketing objectives and accountability.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple logistics, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Work independently in a remote environment and coordinate across distributed teams.
- Measure event performance using metrics such as leads, brand impact, and pipeline attribution.
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with sales teams, partners, event organizers, and external stakeholders.
- Be willing and able to travel regularly to key industry events, primarily in the United States with some EMEA travel.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise events calendar, including event selection, planning, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Develop field marketing strategy for conferences and events, aligning investments with brand, target-account, and pipeline priorities.
- Manage the events budget and make investment decisions across activations, sponsorships, and field marketing opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, SDRs, Partner, and Community teams to align event participation with priority accounts and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation on pre-event and post-event campaigns that convert engagement into qualified pipeline.
- Coordinate event logistics and on-site execution, maintaining standards for organization, messaging, attendee experience, and brand representation.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and build relationships with organizers, partners, prospects, and other stakeholders.
- Track and report event performance, including brand impact, lead generation, engagement, and pipeline attribution.
- Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to improve future activations and guide investment decisions.
- Coordinate post-event follow-through with commercial and marketing teams to advance leads, opportunities, and account engagement.
