Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Five years of related experience, including two years of Project Administration.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, subject to the JHU equivalency formula.
- Preferred: PMP certification or an equivalent PMI-aligned credential.
- Preferred: experience managing ServiceNow or enterprise platform delivery in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Preferred: familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management in a product/platform model.
- Preferred: experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving business and technical teams.
- Preferred: ability to drive structured intake, prioritization, and release planning across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and coordinate the people, activities, and resources involved.
- Maintain project plans, charters, scope documents, communication plans, issue lists, status reports, and meeting materials.
- Manage project budgets, report financial status, oversee procurement, research pricing and financing options, and support RFP evaluations.
- Gather, document, catalog, and prioritize project requirements, goals, success criteria, needs analyses, and business justifications.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and backlog coordination across multiple ServiceNow instances.
- Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable delivery tasks.
- Coordinate three-week sprint planning, release schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate Change Review Board and governance processes for larger enhancements and new development.
- Coordinate pre-go-live readiness, training, and UAT, and lead post-go-live hypercare, issue tracking, escalation, and resolution coordination.
