Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of project/program management or relevant experience.
  • Have 2+ years of budget management experience.
  • Bring working familiarity with medical, legal, regulatory, and client review processes.
  • Have experience on teams focused on medical affairs, scientific communications, medical education, or related non-promotional healthcare communications projects.
  • Demonstrate a track record of leading small- to medium-scale projects from conception through completion.
  • Have cross-functional experience with medical/scientific, editorial, account, creative, and project management partners.
  • Be proficient in creating timelines and tracking progress against schedules.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project work to meet timeline, budget, and quality goals.
  • Coordinate project deliverables from concept through delivery, engaging the appropriate teams, reviews, approvals, and handoffs.
  • Partner with agency teams to keep projects on track and meet agreed-upon milestones.
  • Develop work plans, schedules, and status reports for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage project routing and secure signoff before key milestones and final release.
  • Perform risk planning and mitigation to minimize project risk.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on revenue recognition and invoicing processes.
  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, provide project updates, and respond to project-status questions.
  • Manage the quality assurance phase and support adherence to agency processes.
  • Help create service or departmental standard operating procedures.
