Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Head of PMO, PMO Leader, or Delivery Director/Manager roles with large cross-functional teams.
- Hold a graduate degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Bring expert-level project and change management knowledge, including methodologies such as PPM.
- Demonstrate success driving enterprise-wide Agile adoption, supported by benefit-realization metrics.
- Bring strong team leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and expertise transfer.
- Be skilled in facilitation, negotiation, and building executive-level relationships.
- Balance multiple goals and deadlines while maintaining a strategic, big-picture view.
- Be detail-oriented, organized, results-driven, and analytically capable, with business acumen.
- Be a resilient, resourceful self-starter.
- Be based in LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s project management framework and manage PMO processes and functions.
- Improve the consistency, efficiency, and timeliness of company deliverables.
- Organize resource allocation to support Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Standardize and continuously improve project management performance, processes, and methodologies.
- Improve visibility of progress, blockers, and risks.
- Align business strategy with project planning and execution through relevant information flows.
- Champion the organizational redesign and implementation of Tribes and Squads in a matrix structure.
- Develop plans and projects to mature project management compliance and support scale.
- Spearhead the Trafilea Operational Framework and understand initiatives carried out by the WBAT Tribe.
- Ensure Asana high-impact dashboards are operational and used by leaders to monitor critical tasks and blockers.
