Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including experience managing marketing programs within the region.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales organizations and supporting demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Experience managing events, digital campaigns, content, and integrated marketing programs.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring marketing ROI.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Native Spanish and professional fluency in English required.
- Channel or partner marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working within a global or multinational organization is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and plan for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
- Translate regional and global marketing strategies into locally relevant programs and campaigns.
- Partner with Sales leadership on market priorities, pipeline needs, key accounts, and growth opportunities.
- Develop integrated demand-generation and account-based marketing campaigns for priority customers and segments.
- Collaborate with Channel Sales and strategic partners on joint marketing initiatives and partner programs.
- Adapt global and regional content for local audiences and coordinate brand initiatives with internal teams and external agencies.
- Plan and execute industry events, customer events, partner activities, trade shows, and executive engagements.
- Define KPIs, analyze campaign and event performance, and optimize marketing activities and budget allocation.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and other external partners, and report results and recommendations to regional leadership.
