Requirements

  • Have 4–6 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in HR or People Operations.
  • Have hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; UKG Pro, Workday, or similar systems are strongly preferred.
  • Understand project management frameworks, methodologies, planning, execution, and delivery practices.
  • Have experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple business functions and external partners.
  • Be able to translate technical complexity into clear information and requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced, scaling environments where priorities may evolve.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail when managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and multiple workstreams.
  • Take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to identifying operational gaps and improving processes.
  • Familiarity with process automation and AI-based solutions for operational improvement is beneficial.
  • PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects, including HRIS implementations, system integrations, and process automation.
  • Coordinate projects across People Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors.
  • Translate business needs into technical and operational requirements for HR systems and related projects.
  • Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, action items, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with People Operations and HR Systems teams on system configuration, testing, implementation, and rollout.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and address issues that could affect delivery.
  • Drive process documentation and change management to support adoption.
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
