Requirements
- Have 4–6 years of project management experience.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an HR or People Operations context.
- Bring hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; UKG Pro, Workday, or similar platforms are strongly preferred.
- Have a strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences without losing nuance.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects, including HRIS implementations, system integrations, and process automation.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors.
- Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with People Operations and Systems to manage configuration, testing, and rollout of new tools and workflows.
- Drive process documentation and change management to support sustainable adoption.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in HR operations and propose process improvements, automation, and AI solutions.
