Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or in a comparable technology delivery role.
- Have experience delivering business-facing technical projects in international enterprise environments.
- Bring strong experience with Waterfall, Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Have practical experience in project planning, financial and resource management, risk management, production change, and release management.
- Have a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and technology delivery processes.
- Have experience with Jira, Microsoft Project/Project Server, Confluence, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and able to communicate in real time with international stakeholders.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered as an alternative.
- Be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment and flexible for occasional global meetings, critical milestones, production releases, or project transitions.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMI-ACP are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead business-facing and technology projects from initiation through delivery, transition, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, engineering, infrastructure, security, quality assurance, operations, and external partners.
- Apply Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, resource hours, fixed-bid costs, accruals, and variances.
- Coordinate production changes and releases through ServiceNow and support release-day activities.
- Ensure testing, approvals, documentation, communications, support plans, operational handovers, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities are completed.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, financial impacts, and required actions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
