Job Details

Have experience in responsive design.
Be proficient in design or editing software.
Know project management software such as Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Understand web design standards, usability, rich media, and web project workflows.
Have experience working with large or complex websites and high-profile clients.
Understand project management methodology, including issue resolution, risk management, detailed work plans, specifications, resource allocation, and team meeting management.
Be able to manage many projects simultaneously and anticipate issues and bottlenecks.
Be available 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Have a reliable remote workstation, including a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and reliable power.
Preferred: familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento.
Preferred: experience with wireframing, sitemaps, scopes of work, project documentation, quality assurance, testing documentation, and web project delivery.

Review project scopes, considering resources, technical constraints, cost estimates, business impact, and risks.
Create and execute project work plans, revising them as requirements change.
Support wireframes, sitemaps, and scopes of work.
Define project scopes and provide instructions to design and development teams.
Communicate project objectives, requirements, timelines, and success criteria to the team.
Identify required resources and assign responsibilities.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Review team deliverables before passing them to Account Managers.
Collaborate with SEO team members, developers, designers, stakeholders, and clients to establish project vision.
Manage project risks and assist with quality assurance, documentation, and testing as needed.
