Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Epic Owner, Program Manager, or in a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of cybersecurity in technical or automotive projects.
- Experience with cybersecurity regulations and standards, particularly UNECE R155.
- Ability to lead complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing project risks, planning, and monitoring delivery.
- Ability to deliver presentations and participate in audits and compliance processes.
- Very good communication and organizational skills.
- English language skills sufficient for fluent collaboration in an international environment.
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Vehicle Type Approval (VTA) process is an advantage.
- Experience with vehicle cybersecurity architecture is an advantage.
- Project management or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead activities to ensure the vehicle development process complies with UNECE R155.
- Oversee documentation and evidence of cybersecurity compliance.
- Identify, analyze, and manage risks related to achieving R155 compliance.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate project teams, system architects, Product Owners, Epic Owners, certification teams, and external partners.
- Manage dependencies and schedules for cybersecurity activities.
- Create and oversee short- and long-term plans for cybersecurity epics.
- Support cybersecurity architects in preparing and finalizing the PCS Case before Vehicle Type Approval.
- Participate in audits, reviews, and meetings related to vehicle homologation.
