Requirements
- Have experience managing tool, software, or SaaS onboarding and rollout projects.
- Bring strong project or transition management experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Have a good understanding of AWS or Azure, including basic cloud security and access concepts.
- Understand IAM, role-based access, and access-governance processes.
- Have experience supporting IT or cloud risk assessments and compliance activities.
- Be familiar with LeanIX or a similar enterprise architecture or documentation platform.
- Have very good English.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new tools, software solutions, and SaaS platforms.
- Develop and manage transition plans, milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria.
- Coordinate business, technical, security, compliance, and external vendor stakeholders.
- Support cloud and on-premise risk assessments and coordinate mitigation activities.
- Coordinate IAM activities, including roles, permissions, and access lifecycle processes.
- Create and maintain architecture, project, and governance documentation, preferably in LeanIX.
- Prepare status reports, risk registers, readiness assessments, and steering committee updates.
