Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or web development
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for website updates and troubleshooting
- Experience with popular page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg
- Demonstrated proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Oversee website development projects from inception to launch
- Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Make direct updates and modifications to WordPress websites using HTML, CSS, and page builders
- Utilize Asana to track project progress and task assignments
- Conduct client onboarding meetings and guide clients through processes
- Develop and refine project management processes to improve efficiency
