Requirements
- 5+ years of digital agency project management experience, including leading Drupal and/or WordPress projects.
- Proven track record managing the full life cycle of web build projects and long-term client support engagements.
- Fluent in agile workflows, ticketing systems, and client documentation.
- Proficient with AI tools like Claude for project planning and communication.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting bugs, working with site configurations, and managing content in Drupal/WordPress.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in website performance, configuration, and development fundamentals.
- Ability to balance scope, timelines, and budgets without compromising quality.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to forecast and resource development needs.
- Proactive, empathetic communication skills with experience managing distributed teams.
- Available for regular collaboration during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects across the build and support spectrum, including high-visibility accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
- Lead project and client onboarding, kickoff calls, and transitions between build and support.
- Curate and maintain organized, prioritized backlogs to ensure team focus.
- Forecast and coordinate internal resources, including developers, designers, and strategists.
- Monitor and forecast budgets and timelines, flagging risks early to mitigate issues.
- Review completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before client handoff.
- Mentor and support other project managers, documenting repeatable processes to improve project success.
