Requirements
- 5+ years of digital agency project management experience, specifically leading Drupal and/or WordPress projects.
- Proven track record managing the full life cycle of web build projects and long-term client support engagements.
- Fluent in agile workflows, ticketing systems, and client documentation.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline planning, communication, and project tasks.
- Hands-on experience with site configuration, content management, and bug troubleshooting in Drupal or WordPress.
- Strong knowledge of website performance best practices and development fundamentals.
- Ability to forecast development resource needs and match expertise to project requirements.
- Experience managing and working with distributed project teams in a remote-first environment.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other project managers.
- Available to work during core Pacific Time Zone business hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of build and support projects, serving as the primary client point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead project onboarding, kickoff calls, and transitions between build and support phases.
- Forecast and coordinate internal resources, including developers, designers, and strategists.
- Monitor and forecast budgets and timelines, flagging risks early and managing escalations.
- Review completed designs, tickets, content, and development to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Curate and maintain prioritized backlogs to ensure team focus and project momentum.
- Mentor and support other project managers, documenting repeatable processes to improve team success.
- Troubleshoot Drupal and/or WordPress site configurations and content issues.
