Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Manager in SaaS, Adtech, or software engineering.
- Demonstrated experience managing structured projects and reporting project health using established PMO frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage compliance and certification programs using milestone-driven approaches within Agile environments.
- Practical experience managing SOC 2 audits, MRC accreditation, or comparable technical compliance initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency with project planning and execution platforms such as Asana or Jira.
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to work effectively with Engineering, IT, Security, and Data teams.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts such as AWS or GCP, database schemas, and identity and access management.
- Strong organizational skills managing complex dependencies, cross-functional stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in Adtech (ad-serving technologies, measurement methodologies, data pipelines).
- Preferred: Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP.
- Preferred: Experience with compliance automation platforms like Drata, Vanta, or Secureframe.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, tracking, governance, and reporting of compliance, security, and certification projects in accordance with established PMO standards.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, resource planning, and dashboards using tools such as Asana or Jira.
- Translate complex compliance controls and technical requirements into actionable specifications, user stories, and development tasks.
- Coordinate with Security, TechOps, Data, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate compliance activities into Agile development cycles.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for external auditors, managing evidence collection, requests, and follow-ups.
- Track compliance gaps, audit findings, and risks, escalating issues when audit readiness is at risk.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for annual MRC accreditation activities.
- Support SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 audit readiness by coordinating system monitoring and access reviews.
- Manage compliance automation platforms such as Vanta or Drata for continuous control verification.
