Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in consulting, professional services, technology, cybersecurity, or compliance.
- Demonstrated success leading complex client engagements with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and change control.
- Experience managing project governance, including steering committees, RAID management, and executive reporting.
- Strong experience managing project financials, resource plans, and forecast alignment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, OpenAir, or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to tailor Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies to engagement needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in project management or related fields.
- Ability to travel for client or internal work as needed (up to 20%).
- Availability to provide full-time support aligned to U.S.-based delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary project management point of contact for clients, sponsors, and internal delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans including milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and resources.
- Design and manage project governance models, including steering committees, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
- Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and burn rates, ensuring scope alignment.
- Lead cross-functional, matrixed teams to maintain delivery velocity and resolve blockers.
- Apply project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches as appropriate.
