Requirements
- 5+ years of digital agency project management experience.
- Proven track record managing the full life cycle of Drupal and/or WordPress build and support projects.
- Fluency in agile workflows, ticketing systems, and client documentation.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude to streamline project workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Drupal/WordPress site configurations, content entry, and bug troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of website performance and development best practices.
- Experience forecasting project needs and managing distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor team members.
- Availability to work during core Pacific Time Zone hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of build and support projects, including complex, high-visibility accounts.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact and trusted advisor, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Lead client onboarding, kickoff calls, and project transitions.
- Curate and maintain prioritized project backlogs and oversee task execution.
- Forecast and coordinate resources across development and design teams.
- Monitor budgets and timelines, flag risks early, and lead mitigation strategies.
- Review all deliverables for quality assurance before client handoff.
- Mentor and support other project managers, documenting repeatable processes to drive team efficiency.
