Requirements
- Have previous professional experience working with parts.
- Have strong knowledge of parts identification, sourcing, and ordering processes.
- Have experience researching and sourcing part numbers.
- Have experience creating and managing purchase orders (POs).
- Be comfortable working with vendors, supplier websites, and parts ordering systems.
- Have strong attention to detail and ensure ordering accuracy.
- Be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
- Be able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Highly preferred: experience with a U.S.-based appliance repair or home services company.
Responsibilities
- Identify the correct parts required for appliance repairs.
- Research and source accurate part numbers based on appliance and repair information.
- Locate parts through appropriate vendors and suppliers.
- Place and manage daily parts orders using purchase order (PO) numbers.
- Verify part numbers, availability, pricing, and order details before purchasing.
- Track orders and maintain accurate parts and purchasing records.
- Communicate with vendors and internal team members.
- Maintain organized records in systems and databases.
