Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven ownership of multi-channel campaign execution.
- Strong track record managing organic and paid social channels, particularly LinkedIn for B2B acquisition and lead generation.
- Practical, advanced experience with HubSpot or a comparable enterprise marketing automation tool.
- Experience building sequences, segmentation lists, and nurture workflows.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Basic Webflow content management capability or experience managing web developers.
- Ability to optimize modest marketing budgets, manage campaign attribution, and evaluate direct-response metrics.
- Ability to work full-time aligned with New Zealand business hours; Australian business hours are considered.
- Ability to work in a dedicated remote setup.
- Exceptional written and spoken English language skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Execute B2B digital acquisition campaigns targeting clinicians, nurses, procurement leads, and hospital decision-makers across Australia and New Zealand.
- Convert online engagement into enquiries, hospital consultations, product collection requests, and other conversions.
- Manage organic and paid social content across LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok where appropriate, using Planable for scheduling.
- Test and optimize paid social campaign creative, copy, and audience segments against ROI and business outcomes.
- Create social posts, newsletters, landing page copy, and creative briefs from clinical and sustainability concepts.
- Maintain routine Webflow content, images, forms, and landing pages, and coordinate external web contractors for advanced support.
- Build and execute newsletters, onboarding journeys, nurture workflows, automated sequences, lists, and segments in HubSpot.
- Maintain CRM data quality, contact attributes, and marketing preferences.
- Monitor channel performance and prepare weekly delivery updates and monthly reviews covering ROI, campaign outcomes, and next steps.
- Maintain the marketing calendar, campaign cadences, approvals, and deliverables.
