Requirements
- Experience serving as the glue person on a team in traffic management, project coordination, or operations.
- Ability to become fluent in ClickUp, HubSpot, and the CSP quickly enough to gather context and unblock tasks.
- Track record of building dashboards or reporting views that people use.
- Ability to iterate on dashboards and reporting views based on team needs.
- Judgment to distinguish individual stuck tasks from systemic bottlenecks.
- Initiative to raise systemic bottlenecks to the appropriate owner with data.
Responsibilities
- Learn Marketing Services' ClickUp spaces, lists, custom fields, and automations.
- Triage the daily ClickUp task queue and resolve blocked or stuck tasks within an agreed SLA.
- Build dashboards that give PSMs visibility into task status, blockers, and overdue work.
- Create a repeatable process for obtaining missing information from onboarding managers, marketing services team members, and PSMs.
- Use data to surface systemic bottlenecks to the appropriate owner.
- Improve dashboards and traffic processes so the team can use them as the source of truth for task status.
