Requirements
- Meaningful clinical or care experience.
- PH-licensed RN preferred; allied health or patient-facing experience acceptable.
- Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills for phone interactions.
- Experience with phone-based patient or customer outreach.
- Proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfort working on a required UK schedule.
- Willingness to share feedback and contribute to process improvements.
- UK healthcare exposure (e.g., NHS experience) highly desirable.
- Experience with remote patient monitoring, telehealth, or assistive technology desirable.
- Experience in geriatric, home care, community health, or dementia care desirable.
Responsibilities
- Contact elderly residents to explain technology, gain consent, and ensure readiness for installations.
- Address questions and concerns while coordinating installer visits.
- Support social workers and families with technology-related inquiries.
- Escalate technical issues to the engineering team via Slack.
- Build a playbook for recurring questions and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, social workers, and families.
- Provide reporting and data insights during weekly calls with social workers.
- Maintain organized records of interactions within a CRM.
- Manage individual calendar, follow-ups, and project deadlines.
