Requirements
- Meaningful clinical or patient-facing care experience.
- PH-licensed RN strongly preferred; allied health experience acceptable.
- Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills over the phone.
- Experience with phone-based patient or customer outreach.
- Proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems like HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage calendar and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to share feedback and improve internal processes.
- Comfortable working a required UK schedule.
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
Responsibilities
- Contact elderly residents to explain technology, gain consent, and ensure readiness for installation.
- Address resident concerns and coordinate installer visit bookings.
- Support social workers and families with technical inquiries, escalating issues to the engineering team via Slack.
- Maintain records and generate reports using the organization's CRM.
- Build a playbook for recurring inquiries to optimize support processes.
- Participate in weekly calls with social workers to present and interpret data.
