Requirements
- Demonstrate curiosity and actively explore AI tools, with a history of integrating new technologies into daily workflows and problem-solving.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Technology, a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
- Have 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
- Have proven experience selling network security technologies, including SD-WAN, routing protocols, SWG, routing, proxies, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, DLP, and end-user monitoring.
- Industry-standard certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+ are preferred.
- Have a deep understanding of complex, multi-year sales cycles and value-based storytelling.
- Leverage coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools for troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and customer problem-solving, and validate their outputs with sound technical judgment.
- French fluency is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
- Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet customer goals and needs.
- Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
- Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
