Requirements
- Post-secondary education, preferably in training and development, education, or a related field.
- Previous client-facing training experience, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning concepts, theories, and training development techniques.
- Proven software and technology aptitude.
- Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience conducting training sessions both in-person and remotely.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and teleconferencing solutions (e.g., Zoom, WebEx).
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Clinical or financial experience within the senior care industry (e.g., skilled nursing or assisted living) is preferred.
- Ability to travel 30% to customer sites and attend occasional in-office events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct classroom training at company sites, industry conferences, or customer locations.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including participant and resource management.
- Evaluate and improve training formats, materials, and delivery methods to enhance scalability and effectiveness.
- Leverage AI tools to analyze learner feedback and performance data to identify gaps.
- Facilitate communities of practice and ongoing enablement sessions to foster peer learning.
- Develop and mentor customer super users to lead internal training and advocate for best practices.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to share insights.
