- Bring excellent communication skills.
- Be prepared to tackle ambiguous technical problems and develop solutions.
- Be able to work independently and own complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Explore and apply large language models and generative AI, including new areas within these fields.
- Translate the latest research into high-performing systems and models for practical user experiences.
- Help set the team's strategic direction.
- Contribute to development from ideation and experimentation through implementation and deployment.
- Collaborate with teams and product managers to develop and implement machine-learning solutions.
- Optimize solution performance and align implementations with broader business goals.
