Job Details

Have 3+ years of experience building brands on social with a distinct voice and engaged community.
Be fluent in social media metrics and use them to inform decisions.
Have a deep, current understanding of culture and how it moves across social platforms.
Stay up to date on algorithm changes and platform shifts across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
Have a strong grasp of the creative briefing process.
Have experience using Sprout Social or a similar social management platform.
Use AI tools thoughtfully in your workflow.
Be able to own social accounts and execute social strategy.
Have experience running community management.
Be comfortable presenting work to clients.
Experience in product, beauty, fashion, SaaS, tech, or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Manage day-to-day creative execution for organic social programs across client accounts.
Build social media calendars and plans with the Director of Creative Strategy.
Brief and direct Designers and Editors on static, motion, video, carousel, and Stories content, and provide actionable feedback.
Lead community management to actively build community.
Write social post copy adapted to each platform and client voice.
Partner with the creator team on UGC briefs and execution.
Translate platform and performance data into creative and content direction.
Maintain quality and consistency across social creative output and flag timeline or scope risks.
Manage day-to-day client communication, updates, and expectations.
Organize account timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
