Requirements
- Have 4+ years managing paid social.
- Have managed e-commerce accounts spending $250K+ per month.
- Bring expert-level Meta Ads Manager skills, including Advantage+ sales campaigns, CBO vs. ABO tradeoffs, cost and bid caps, and catalog ads.
- Have hands-on campaign management experience on at least two of TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest.
- Understand the Conversions API, event match quality, and deduplication.
- Understand attribution windows, view-through credit, and the difference between reported ROAS and incremental ROAS.
- Have experience planning or interpreting conversion lift or geo holdout tests.
- Have strong spreadsheet skills, including pulling raw breakdowns and building analyses.
- Be comfortable presenting findings directly to founders and owners, including unwelcome findings.
- Have strong English speaking skills.
- Agency experience across several brands at once is a plus.
- Shopify analytics experience, product feed tools such as DataFeedWatch, and a background in jewelry, apparel, or supplements are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Audit new accounts and present findings on structure, attribution, audience segments, placements, and demographics.
- Build and run account structures that consolidate signal instead of fragmenting it across ad sets.
- Design creative and audience tests with a defined minimum spend per test.
- Set up audience infrastructure, including customer lists, exclusions, and existing-customer spend controls.
- Build and maintain catalog and dynamic product ads across collections.
- Standardize attribution settings across campaigns and explain how window choices change reported results.
- Plan and interpret conversion lift studies, translating incremental results into budget and target decisions.
- Write creative briefs from performance data and give feedback to client creative teams.
- Expand budgets onto TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest where the numbers support it.
- Report on Shopify revenue, MER, new customer acquisition, and contribution.
