Requirements
- Bring 4-8+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or technical onboarding.
- Have meaningful experience in healthcare, health systems, or complex enterprise SaaS environments.
- Demonstrate direct, hands-on ownership of enterprise-scale rollouts with multiple stakeholders and technical complexity.
- Bring working fluency with health system IT and clinical operations.
- Have exposure to EHR/EMR integrations, including Epic or Oracle Health/Cerner.
- Have experience with HL7/FHIR and file exchanges.
- Understand hospital IT and clinical governance operations.
- Have a track record of building implementation plans, risk frameworks, and status reporting where structure did not previously exist.
Responsibilities
- Own the full implementation lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise health system accounts, from kickoff through technical integration coordination, workflow configuration, training, go-live, user adoption, and success evaluation.
- Build and maintain implementation project plans, timelines, and risk registers for active accounts.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience to keep commitments realistic and delivery on track.
- Manage executive, user, and clinical stakeholder relationships, including status reporting and escalations.
- Make and explain scope and timeline tradeoff decisions when projects encounter constraints.
- Own action plans and internal communication for scopes of work that differ meaningfully from core products.
- Ensure a clean handoff to Customer Success for steady-state account management.
