Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of experience in technical implementation, technical operations, or SaaS delivery.
- Have 3+ years managing a team of senior or principal-level individual contributors.
- Have experience designing team processes, escalation paths, or tracking systems that provide portfolio-wide implementation visibility.
- Bring startup or growth-stage experience building implementation processes, SOPs, or playbooks from scratch.
- Have experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously through go-live, with ownership of timelines and delivery quality.
- Have healthcare implementation expertise, including hands-on work with eligibility and claims files, SFTP, and TPA, health plan, or carrier partners.
- Have hands-on experience owning file and integration setup and troubleshooting file or data issues.
- Have experience leading remediation of off-track implementations, including escalation and stakeholder communication.
- Be able to communicate implementation status, risks, and technical requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing 20+ simultaneous implementations is a bonus.
- Experience at a TPA, health plan, carrier, or healthcare consulting firm with hands-on implementation work is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and develop the technical implementation team, including Implementation Managers.
- Coach the team on delivery quality, escalation decisions, capacity planning, and staffing.
- Design the team's operating rhythm, escalation paths, and feedback loops.
- Track implementation status and identify sources of delays across the portfolio.
- Own end-to-end delivery across concurrent mid-market and enterprise implementations, from requirements through go-live.
- Drive timely, accurate launches involving eligibility, claims, prior authorization file setup, SFTP connections, and platform configuration.
- Lead remediation of off-track implementations through root cause analysis, stakeholder communication, and fix validation.
- Standardize implementation processes, SOPs, documentation, and quality assurance for configurations and file processes.
- Partner with Engineering to reduce manual work in file processing, data ingestion, and reporting.
- Coordinate onboarding with TPA, health plan, and carrier partners, and partner with Finance and Client Success on billing setup and post-launch handoffs.
