Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Have at least 5 years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects.
- Have demonstrated Oracle Health experience.
- Have experience developing solutions for complex device engineering and integration challenges.
- Understand biomedical device design, device integration, medical device technologies, and enterprise/end-user technology environments.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Be able to produce clear technical and operational documentation.
- Be able to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and meet tight deadlines.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision while following established policies, procedures, processes, and work instructions.
- Be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 (SSBI/T5) clearance.
- Be able to travel up to 25% of the year when needed.
- Experience supporting federal contract programs is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to device engineering workstreams, programs, and projects.
- Perform systems design, development, integration, and engineering throughout the systems lifecycle, from initial design through implementation and ongoing support.
- Oversee complex infrastructure and biomedical and end-user devices, including installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and integration with customer environments.
- Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation, processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Provide solutions for infrastructure security, backup, redundancy, and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain knowledge of biomedical devices, end-user technologies, and the Oracle Health EHR environment, and apply it to program requirements.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, implementation, and other program workstreams, and communicate with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Coach less-experienced team members and serve as a team or task lead when required.
