- Have 10+ years of experience in product strategy, product operations, program management, or a related discipline.
- Have 3–5+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Have successfully built or significantly matured a product operations, strategy, or program management function in a scaling or transforming organization.
- Know market analysis and competitive intelligence methodologies and be able to turn ambiguous market signals into strategic recommendations.
- Have managed high-stakes product launches with measurable commercial or customer outcomes.
- Have program management experience overseeing portfolios of interconnected initiatives.
- Be familiar with tools, frameworks, and operating practices for tracking cross-functional execution, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Have experience overseeing or closely partnering with technical documentation teams, including documentation for enterprise and technical audiences.
- Be able to present recommendations and operational insights to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Be comfortable creating structure, processes, and operating models in organizations where product management maturity is developing.
- Bring strategic thinking, organizational leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Be able to work across product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and other business functions.
- Experience in enterprise software, legal technology, eDiscovery, or another complex B2B or enterprise environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, market sizing, and segmentation to inform roadmap priorities and portfolio strategy.
- Establish frameworks for monitoring market dynamics, buyer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.
- Translate market insights into strategic recommendations for product leaders and executives.
- Own product launch planning, including readiness criteria, cross-functional plans, tiering, success metrics, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and other stakeholders on commercial, adoption, and customer-impact plans for releases.
- Build and lead a program management function for cross-functional product initiatives.
- Provide portfolio-level visibility into roadmap execution, dependencies, risks, escalations, and progress.
- Establish planning cycles, status reporting practices, escalation paths, and operating mechanisms.
- Oversee product documentation, release notes, internal resources, and customer-facing knowledge materials.
- Recruit, develop, and lead specialists across market analysis, launch management, program management, and documentation.
