Requirements
- 5-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
- A foundation in statistical methods, including regression, correlation, and predictive modeling.
- Exposure to analytics or metrics program work and readiness to help build a program.
- Track record of translating complex data into actionable recommendations that influenced product and business decisions.
- Strong command of SQL.
- Proficiency with modern BI and analytics tools; Looker is preferred.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of the work process.
- Experience with SaaS or platform products is strongly preferred.
- Ability to organize and drive cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product leadership to design and evolve the product metrics program.
- Build and maintain a multi-variable outcome model connecting product inputs with retention, revenue, customer health, and engagement.
- Apply regression, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling to validate metric definitions and the outcome model.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer behavior, product usage, friction points, and revenue opportunities.
- Recommend actions to inform prioritization, roadmap decisions, and OKRs.
- Translate data into narratives for executive reviews, board decks, and product planning cycles.
- Develop dashboards, templates, and toolkits that enable teams to self-serve insights; train stakeholders to use product data.
- Partner with Engineering and Data on event tracking, taxonomy standards, data governance, and data quality.
- Build and maintain product metrics, dashboards, and self-service data models in the existing analytics stack.
