Requirements
- Have 6+ years of professional product management experience in a business, technical, or related field.
- Bring a strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, best practices, and lifecycle management.
- Use data to solve problems and influence investment decisions, with strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Demonstrate collaboration, partnership, presentation, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
- Translate complex technical constraints into clear business value for executive stakeholders and operational partners.
- Build consensus across diverse cross-functional teams and work effectively in complex organizational environments.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across functions, locations, and areas of expertise.
- Balance strategic planning, operational execution, and measurable outcomes through strong product ownership.
- Experience in manufacturing, physical operations, ecommerce, or other operationally complex environments is valuable.
- Work autonomously and take ownership in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and own a 2–3 year product roadmap aligned with product vision, strategy, business priorities, and operational needs.
- Prioritize product requests, ideas, and investments based on business value, expected impact, and strategic alignment.
- Lead collaboration across Engineering, Program Management, Design, Product Management, and Physical Operations.
- Build consensus among product managers and stakeholders around shared capabilities and priorities.
- Collaborate with global product and engineering teams from initial concepts through delivery and iteration.
- Ensure product decisions address real-world manufacturing environments and shopfloor operations.
- Define, measure, monitor, and communicate product metrics to understand performance and guide investments.
- Translate complex operational and technical challenges into product priorities and business outcomes.
- Champion adaptable, self-service, and zero-code approaches for designing and deploying production workflows.
