Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management, Supply Chain, Solutions Architecture, or Digital Transformation, with ownership of a functional domain or enterprise systems portfolio.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Design-to-Release, Forecast-to-Plan/Build, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Returns/Reverse Logistics.
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise systems, integrations, and process automation, including AI/ML or advanced analytics in operational contexts.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements and target-state architecture.
- Proven ability to influence and align senior, cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical global teams.
- Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Preferred: ERP experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP; advanced planning systems experience with E2open, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Oracle; and Salesforce knowledge.
- Preferred: Experience with Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, APIs, Workato, or MuleSoft, and working knowledge of SQL and analytics.
- Preferred: Experience with LLMs, ML concepts, AI agents, MCP-based integrations, AI copilots, RAG applications, and LLM-powered workflows.
- Preferred: MBA or master's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year product vision, strategy, target-state architecture, roadmap, and investment priorities for supply chain technology.
- Own a portfolio spanning planning, procurement, order management, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state operating models, workflows, user journeys, system requirements, and integration patterns.
- Define application, integration, data, and platform architecture across ERP, planning, analytics, and AI ecosystems.
- Lead technology evaluations, vendor assessments, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities, taking initiatives from experimentation through production deployment.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement; define user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities.
- Align senior leaders and teams across Supply Chain, Business Technology, Engineering, Data, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
- Define and track KPIs, monitor system performance and business impact, and refine systems based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
