Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7–9 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, product development, or a combination of these areas.
  • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-level, cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing and developing teams, including professionals who manage others or independently lead major workstreams.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior executives and frontline operational teams.
  • Deep analytical and technical fluency, including Excel, Python, and SQL.
  • Ability to reason about platforms, automation, AI, and agentic AI technologies and assess their potential business value.
  • Track record of succeeding in ambiguous environments where problems and solutions are not fully defined.
  • Strong business judgment and focus on durable operating improvements.
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach, remaining hands-on while leading and developing others.
  • Experience leading strategy or platform initiatives in a product organization, product strategy, product operations, or Strategy & Operations function with meaningful product or platform ownership is strongly preferred.
  • Technical background, management consulting experience, an MBA or comparable advanced achievement, and familiarity with healthcare, logistics, transportation, marketplaces, or regulated operating environments are beneficial or preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own a domain of company performance, from diagnosis and strategic roadmap through realized value and executive relationships.
  • Translate complex business problems and executive concerns into structured, decision-ready agendas.
  • Set priorities across Strategy & Operations and adjacent operating teams, balancing executive demands and resolving conflicts.
  • Establish analytical standards and help Finance and executive stakeholders reconcile competing numbers.
  • Facilitate executive discussions that lead to clear decisions and aligned action.
  • Build management rhythms, operating cadences, systems, documentation, and standards.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of three to four people, including Managers.
  • Translate frontline operational needs into requirements for Product, Data Engineering, and AI teams.
  • Evaluate AI investments and adoption using measurable business cases and operational value.
  • Drive initiatives through implementation and adoption, and communicate portfolio outcomes to executive leadership.
